Morning babies

Hair results

I meant to post this the other day. Sunday love.   My posts are sporadic, ya I know.
Just spreading happiness and joy.

Okay half-true. I’m here to talk about Akin. Oh my darling hair conditioner that smells as good as it does, looks as good as it feels and truly doesn’t cost the earth.
Akin is a luxe Aussie brand, whose haircare line has me hooked. Organic, natural, and all the other stuff that goes with such statements (paraben-free, no synthetics or unnatural crap), I have been in love with their conditioners since first-use in 2012.

I’m a particular fan of their sensitive and nourishing avocado conditioners. Admittedly they’re not super-thick (not for my hair anyway), but it’s the ingredients and how they make my hair feel and smell that has me raving.

Firstly, Akin sensitive conditioner does more than soften my hair. It makes it feel light, touchable, fresh and clean, whilst moisturised. I need that kind of loving mid-week when y hair is due a wash and I frankly cba with a deep condition- it happens. That’s when I use sensitive.

And then there’s avocado which makes my hair just lovely. Again, it’s not a heavy product so it sinks in a treat, but considering the qualities of the oils in the conditioner, it makes my hair so damn soft.

The sinking-in element of any condition is key for me. If I doesn’t sink in and I’m getting ready for work I’ll be pretty pissed off. Cursing myself for foolishly thinking a natural product would be that good that it would also magically sink in, despite me using copious amounts to make my hair manageable. Amazingly, Akin does just that.

It’s Sunday morning and I currently have said Akin in my hair. I put it in, on top of dry 3 days-since-deep-condition-hair-last night.

I’ll post the results later. But I love it. Very happy customer.
